had same problem i can use drive e, if you have a roxio burner the software don't work forget going to there site you won't find the software i just today found great software that works,email me and ill download it to you,or can even send free i battled that same problem for 3 months someone helped me out with the software so i want to help someone out jeffmorris1951@yahoo.com
