This is a common problem with images linked to slide show presentations and music on playlists. If there are any video progs with these files linked as a play list or in a presentation folder that could be the problem. It doesn't really matter if the file is currently in use, if it any part of a play list or the equivalent thereto, it may well be considered 'in use'.
