You might try Regcleaner, a freeware program from http://www.vtoy.fi/jv16/index.php
I've used it for 2 years with no problems and originally found it from a recommendation
in a PCMag article. It's primarily a registry cleaner, but it also has a feature
that could be perfect for your problem. Once installed, you can go to the Startup
tab and see a list of everything that starts when Windows starts, including items
that start from the registry. You can also remove (with automatic backup) an individual
startup item. You might be able to prevent c-dilla from starting this way.
