This problem occurs when the LexECL service disables itself in services. You can
find this in Administrative tools, Services. Look for this service and set it to
automatic. When you have this set you should restart the print spooler which you
will find in the same window. Once you have both services started this should allow
you to continue with your install and get the printing started. Hope this helps
