I had a similar problem -- the file in question was 800xxx (don't remember the last three digits). Turned out there was a trojan trying to infect my computer. Suggest you have a good thorough antivirus scan (can be done online e.g., at symantec) and/or a good trojan scan (you can get a free 30 day trial of TrojanHunter here, http://www.misec.net/trojanhunter/ ) Good Luck.
