isass.exe system error Tuesday, February 4, 2003 at 5:18 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by John (4 messages posted) Can anyone help with this error. In the error box is written, "THE END POINT FORMAT IS INVALID". This happened after I disabled a drive that I have not been using for a while. (I loaded XP on two partitions, on a new drive. I've been using them, no problem, for a month. Then I thought I would disable my old drive to prepare for removing it completely.
