re: isass.exe system error

Thanks J. but I guess I should have said that this error shows up in the middle of
loading windows and then after I click "okay" it locks up. I can't get into that
partition's device manager to re-enable the drive I shut down and I can't use services.msc
to shut those services down because it will only work for the drive (or partition
in this case) I've booted from. (and , of course, I can't boot up on the problem
partition) Hmmmm. . . how's that for a conundrum?
