I figured it out!
Just boot your computer, and press F8 to chose from boot options. Select the harddrive
or whatever windows is on, and before you select the OS, press F8 again, to choose
the mode you want to use. Choose Safe Mode and go into windows as Administrator
(password is just 'enter' if you haven't yet set it). Once you are in, you can go
to the Documents and Settings area, and play around with the ownership and access
to the files. Make sure you select the box that applies the new properties to all
sub files and folders of that profile directory.... just play around with stuff,
and do this until you can get in. Make sure you add access for the profile (account)
that you usually login with - don't leave it as adminstrator only, or you'll have
to go into safe mode any time you want to access the files.
