It's called MUI (multilingual user interface) and you are correct, it's only available
to corporate customers, or people with an MSDN subscription. It'll only run on Windows
XP Professional, or Windows 2000 Professional (different discs for each respective
OS)

Once you get it loaded though,it's really quite nice.
Keep in mind that you can also do that sort of thing with gnome running on redhat
linux (or any other similar config)
