Aloha, I dont understand Explorer crashing? Dont you mean Windows/User Accounts? How many accounts do you have on that comp? How is each user account configured?/Passwords? Is the Administrator able to log on and check the user accounts from the Control Panel? Did you try F8/Last Good Configuration? System Restore? CD and Repair? The Curly Shuffle? Moe,Larry the cheese?
