Had the same problem. Windows XP Home suddenly stopped autorunning any CD or DVD. Trying to find a fix on the Microsoft site, I found an article about Office 2000 supressing autorun ! It had. I uninstalled Office and autorun works fine now. Has anybody got a fix for XP autorun when Office 2000 is installed as I would still like to use it.
