You could try this, In Registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon,
add or change the value named PowerdownAfterShutdown, changing its current data of
0 to 1. Haven't done it but may work. Back up your registry first so you can restore
if you do something wrong.
