This problem was driving me nuts. Here's the solution:
- run regedit
- select key [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell] in the tree at left
In the right pane, there's an entry named (Default), with some data set
(in my case, it was "open"). This one should be cleaned:
- right-click on the name (Default), choose Delete form the menu and confirm
That's it. Get out of regedit ASAP.
