Try this method, it worked for me (I am using Windows XP Pro without Service Pack
1): Create a new text document on the desktop then copy and paste the text below
into it, then rename the .txt to .reg and double click the file -

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder]
"Attributes"=hex:50,01,00,20
"CallForAttributes"=dword:00000000
