I don't know where you got it but you downloaded something lately. Do you remember what it was? That might help. As far as getting rid of it, try SpyBot search and destroy. http://spybot.safer-networking.de/ But, this maybe one of the newest spybug and you may have to wait a week or two for the latest reference file.
