I was able to delete it once and it came back at next boot. I just noticed that the folder is 'stealthily' moving itself around my drive! I was having trouble logginf into one of my domains through ws_ftp and noticed just for a second that nwwia folder was inside my program files\ws_ftp\ folder also. As soon as I exited out of the program it was gone. I'm getting a little concerned.
