I had the same problem and found the answer in the MS Update Troubleshooter. Follow this link or simply use these steps to correct the problem: http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/#Problem%20Downloading/Installing%20a%20Software%20(Non-Driver)%20item Please re-register the following files. Run these at the command line: (1) regsvr32 msscript.ocx (2) regsvr32 dispex.dll (3) regsvr32 vbscript.dll (4) regsvr32 scrrun.dll
