I am running windows XP pro on a hp pavilion 520c. I can't seem to install anything off of cd media that deals with cab files. Whenever I install something it always has an error at the first cab file. I have recently found out that the windows XP version that came PRELOADED on my hp is not meant to run on this computer. Hp is having a hard time fixing there gay computers for xp... so I will probably have to downgrade just to be able to install things. I would appreciate any help on this subject, so if you know something I don't e-mail me.
