I have since found out how some more... There are 2 ways to fix this. The easiest is to go into modem properties and select 'safe mode'. From memory, there are 'safe mode 1' and 'safe mode 2'. Try each and see which one works for you. This may slow down your connection. Sorry to be a bit vague but this was on my brother's PC so I can't check exactly. It does work though! The other option is to download and install the latest drivers from http://www.smlink.com/download/index.htm
