Follow woods advice up until buying a new card :)
Cancel the re-installation of the new card.
Read the inf file/install log file. Find all the files associated with both drivers
extract to another folder the original install files. Find and delete all the files
(inf,dll,drv,exe) associated with the driver.
Restart the machine. Then when asked. Supply the intel 810/815 drivers 82xxx drivers.
