Get Boot Vis
What this tool does is move all of your boot files to the beginning of your HDD.
Its free and you can find it by using any search engine.
When you install it just go to the tabs and select trace - click on it and go to Optimize system.
Other things that can slow your booting time is the programs you have loading at Start up.
Use you Run and type in msconfig now got to the Start Up tab and remove programs that you can always start manually.
Another way is in your Administrative Tools/Services.
Check the programs you dont need to have running and disable.
Or go to this site www.blackviper.com if you're not sure about what to disable.
All this will work unless, you have a Pentium 100mhz CPU, 16 mbs ram, 2mbs video card, 4500 rpm HDD.
