I'm running Windows 2000, and when I log in as admin, a crapload of unwanted windows
pops up. I looked in the registry, and the setting below was already present. I
cannot shake this problem. I've toggled the NoSaveSettings variable and rebooted
twice for each setting. I know this is a case of saving windows settings because
no programs are executed under the Run or Startup options. What else can I do?
