If the new hard drive is the only one in the machine, it should boot and start setup
if you turn it on (or do a "Ctrl-Alt-Delete"). If it comes up with a "Non-System
Disk" warning, you need to go into the BIOS Setup and tell it to boot from the CD,
but most are already set to do this.
After that, it's just a normal install.
