I got this tonight along with many other messages, ntfs.sys corrupted. Along with a few page-faults. All pointed to memory issues. Realizing I had installed an additional stick of memory recently, I took that one out. I also adjusted my Bios ram timing to match the CAS latency on the manuf. specs (which was 2.5) runs fine now.
