Just curious why the P4 you are upgrading to doesn't have a fan and heatsink included?
I have built many P4 systems, and have always purchased boxed Intel P4's which always
include a heatsink & fan packed with it. It also includes heatsink compound. The
fan/heatsink are designed to fit the particular processor. Are you sure your P4 does
not have these items with it? Are you buying a second-hand P4?
