Click on Start --> Run
type cmd in the open line
at the command prompt type:
ipconfig /flushdns

this will flush your DNS cache and hopefully address the issue.  alternitavely you 
can also run this command:
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

that will reinstall the TCP/IP stack.
