I have the same problem with my Ti42000 card and also i tried using a belkin video capture device. The worst part is, I can't find any fix from MSI where i bought my G-Force Ti4200, Belkin where I bought Hi-speed usb 2.0 dvd creator (hell they even have mentioned the product is designed for windows XP), and makers of windows XP where I bought my upgrade version for windows XP home - f@%# belkin for mentioning that their product is designed for XP that's the reason i bought the XP in the first place. i am wasting my time searching for any help.
