Hello M,

finally I understand why I cannot find the captioned box in my option setting. you 
are using Outlook Express(i.e. OE) and I am using Outlook XP to receive and send 
email. these two software are different, so I cannot find the check box which you 
mentioned. actually, the most strange thing is that the exe suffix attachment would 
be blocked when it is sent from outside company, and it would be properly received 
when it is sent from inside our company.

anyway, even my question does't solved yet, I very appreciate your patient help.
