After my son installed Grokster on my computer, and I deleted it, I found ShopAtHome Agent in my Add/Remove Programs file. When I remove the program it deletes some file that is necessary to run Outlook and Explorer. None of the spyware remover programs will touch this sahagent.exe file, either. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this file without messing up the rest of my system? Rick
