An easy way to rename the recycling bin in win XP is to first create a shortcut of
the recycling bin on the desktop which you can rename by the right click menu. Then
to remove the original icon use the windows xp powertoys tweakui. the options under
desktop allow you to select which icons are desplayed on the desktop (including recycling
bin).
