Transferring *everything* on C to another computer, Part 3 Saturday, May 31, 2003 at 9:12 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Christopher (19 messages posted) For those not following previous parts, briefly, I tried ghosting all of C: from computer #1 to #2 (identical hardware in every respect), then I followed the procedures to activate #2 with my second license. However, the ghost was not recognized as a copy at all. It was already activated. This Part 3 describes some strange results from the above procedure. But let me say, I think I'm going to end up starting installation from scratch. I want the experience at least once of loading XP Pro, and I'm not happy with these anomalies.
