I've had XP for around a year, and suddenly several months ago the desktop icons lost their transparency. Since then I've tried every program and technique that was supposed to make them transparent, including all the ones on here, and nothing has worked. Do I have to reinstall Windows XP to get it back? Thanks for your time.
