The instructions referenced are found here:
Click on Start > Control Panel. Double click on Folder Options. Click on the View
tab. Scroll down to just below "Hidden files and folders"; the third box down is
"Launch files and folders in a separate process."
Mine was unchecked, and I'm still having this problem, so I checked it, clicked on
Apply > OK, closed everything, did a restart, and guess what?
It didn't work. Anyone have any more ideas?
I'm a member of an answer board, AnswerPool.com, and I've posted this same question
there. If I get an answer, I'll post back here.
