We have had the same problem exactly.
We now are running two PC's with same CD-RW drives and InCD v 3.51.91 and Nero v
5.5.10.0.
One works fine and the other doesn't.
I think the first thing to try is trun off the 'Enable CD Recording on this drive'
which is found on the 'INCD Page settings' tab of the Drive Properties.
I also think that if you have any old writing software such as Adaptec UDF, then
it is best to get rid of it, as tried by someone else on this site.
