XP does'nt allow changing IRQ's, try going to your pci comfiguration in your bios setup and change the irq's to the assigned pci slots, also you can fool around with your pci slots on your mb, and try different slots for your cards, certain devices should be not shared, for instance your video card is fussy what it resides with.
