I had the same problem with the InCd program and the CD burner (both the InCd
software that was bundled with it and the latest version I downloaded). I recently
found on Microsoft's Knowledge base an article that stated Windows XP is NOT compatible
with CD-R/R-W programs that use the UDF ("drag-and-drop") file format, including
InCd and several others (e.g., RecordMaxNow). I uninstalled it, and am planning
to use Nero and the built-in XP CD burning instead.
