To set up a dial-up networking connection to MSN, you have to preface your user name
with "MSN/". Note, that's a forward slash and not the backslash you'd normally use
to prefix a domain to a user account. Other than that, it's set up just like a normal
dial-up connection.
If you joined MSN and kept a hotmail address, this doesn't work. I'm trying to find
a way around that now.
