To Tom Swanson: Here is the copy of the problem e-mail as I received it:
Tuesday, June 17, 2003 8:58 a.m.
(There was a large "i" in shown on a sheet of paper followed by this message.) Message
Could Not Be Displayed.
MSN Mail could not retrieve the message body from MSN Hotmail. Check to make sure
you are still connected, and then try again.
