I share in all your pain. I however, found that some spyware once placed a bunch of Gambling site cookies/links in the NWWIA folder. I deleted those but the XEROX folders obviosly remain. I could not be convinced their "placement" in that folder was a "coincidence". I am not skilled enough in IT to start modifying system files.
