I have a feeling that the dwwin file is from Desktop Weather from a Weather Channel
download. If I run Desktop Weather, I get this error and it only started appearing
with a recent download. If I shut off Desktop Weather prior to shutting down my system,
I do not get the dwwin.dll error message. Has anyone else found this causal connection?
