After I installed the video driver for my GeForce 4 Ti4600, the problem returned. I have the cause narrowed down to either the driver, I have tried two, or the video refresh change I make so that games will run at higher FPS. I can disable the driver in safe mode and the system boots fine. Does anyone else with this problem have a GeForce video card?
