I don't think a reg hack will even do it, or it would be
well known. I know a good piece of safe software to
do it called microangelo, but it isn't free, I downloaded the trial version once,
but decided the
cost was a bit high just to change a few things on the
desktop. It did work well, and in the month I used it
nothing bad happened to the PC. You are wise to be
careful, because many users mess up the PC with countless freeware programs.
