Hi Greyroonie: You follow Paps' instructions:
YOU GO TO - Start- run - type regedit - enter -then to: HKEY_CURRENT..../Applets/Paint
Paint is the registry you are looking for, there is no such "registry" file - you
right click paint and hit the delete with no fear. Then you click in your mspaint.exe
