Hello Billie, I hope you are still around and can help me with this problem. When
I start OutlookXP Windows Installer starts and asks me to put a CD in for a program
that I once installed a long time ago. I have since reinstalled WinXP and OfficeXP
at least twice. I don't know why or how this is happening. Here is what it says.
“Insert the Outlook Pocket Contact Synchronizer 1.2 disk and click OK” I have that
program as a compressed EXE that was downloaded from Microsoft. When I execute the
file I get the exact same message from Windows Installer. If I click OK, the Installer
window pops up the Use feature box says “Please insert the disk labeled “{ProductName]”.
What can I do?
Thanks
Kim
