I found a file hidding in a screen saver, I could not get rid of it by deleting it the regular way. I shut down and rebooted in safe mode and searched the file, then deleted it. Empty the recycle bin. Shut down and restart in regular mode. this solved my problem. I was going to give up, but a little good detective work and I found it.
