You can specify the folder you want to move or copy to. You still have to ype in the location of the folder, but it is saved in a dropdown list. I think it is a Windows Power Tool, but I am not sure. Other than that there is a Context Editor that you can get from PCMag I think. Don't know if it will do what you want or not. But try it.
