I have a program named AnyFolder. You can specify the folder you want to move or
copy to. You still have to ype in the location of the folder, but it is saved in
a dropdown list. I think it is a Windows Power Tool, but I am not sure. Other than
that there is a Context Editor that you can get from PCMag I think. Don't know if
it will do what you want or not. But try it.
