problem with device manager Sunday, August 3, 2003 at 12:44 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Tom (3 messages posted) I used to access my device manager all the time however recently it will not open. I right click my computer and got to properties, I get all the way in and click the device manager button. The pointer turns into an hourglass like it is working but then stops and device manager does not open. Anyone know how I can fix this so that it will open?
