This is what I did to help accomodate this problem. I simply popped in my Windows
Cd that came with the computer and boot my computer from the cd. I then chose the
recovery console option. When i got to this screen i typed in 1 on the first question
it asks. It then asks for administrator password, just press enter. The C: prompt
should then pop up. You need to then type "chkdsk /r" then press enter. The application
will then scan the entire hard drive while attempting to fix any problems that it
encounters. Be patient because this does take a while. Good Luck!
