I have a user on Windows XP that cannot map to a network drive. The message keeps appearing for the person to enter their user name and password. When she tries to put her user name and password, the error message appears "logon unsuccessful: The user name you typed is the same as the user name you logged in with. That user name has already been tried. A domain controller could not be found to verify that user name." Any suggestions?
