Does this board support both types of RAM? You may have been better off installing
a dedicated DDR mobo and reformatting / reinstalling XP.
What about the AGP aperture? have you adjusted it. I would suggest setting it at
its max (128mb?).
I recently swapped motherboard, RAM and CPU from 1.4 tbird to 2600XP t'bred. Before
reformatting it ran like a brick...now, with GF 4400Ti I get over 11000 on 3d Mark.
Definately try a format and reinstall XP.
Good luck.
